To wet your appetite, here is a little nibble from the first week:
This is an 8 week journey with an awesome international group of up to 12 people. During our time together we will explore topics like sensual eating, personal rule breaking, and telling the truth in daily interactions. (Aka: no more saying "I'm fine.") Twice a month we will have a conference call where we will talk about the challenges and revelations that come with each "HW assignment." You will be assigned one "adventure mate" who will be your personal cheerleader during the course. There is a one-on-one 45 minute phone or Skype session with me included in the course.
- Weekly instructional videos (accessible even after the course ends)
- Weekly meditations e-mailed to you as a MP3's and youtube videos
- 45 minute phone or Skype session with Isis during the duration of the course (normally $125)
- A private forum to post your HW assignments and read about other peoples experiences
- Twice a month conference calls with other participants*
- Group connecting via Facebook with past and current Goose guys and gals
- Your own personal cheerleader (a fellow participant) for the duration of the course
* Conference calls are Sunday November 13th, 27th, December 4th, 18th

Your life is full and unpredictable but you still want to do the course. No problem! This is your option to receive the weekly videos and meditations without the time commitment to doing the HW. You may also read people’s postings, and participate on our group’s Facebook page when you have the time.
